• 1 credit = 1 class

• You are responsible for booking your classes individually

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class

• Late cancellations result in the credit being forfeited

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Packages cannot be exchanged for cash

• In exceptional cases, unused value may be converted to account credit at Golden Flow Wellness’ discretion

• Available once per person unless Golden Flow Wellness approves otherwise. Non-transferable. Valid for the period stated at checkout. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing.
