1. Wellness education only

All website content, classes, programs, videos, downloads, emails, social media content, workshops, ceremonies, private sessions, and corporate wellness services are provided for general wellness education and movement support only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, dietetic care, emergency support, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

2. Eligibility and safe participation

You are responsible for deciding whether the content or services are appropriate for you. Bookings, payments, packages, memberships, waivers, and client communications may be processed through third-party platforms such as OfferingTree, Stripe, Zoom, Google, email marketing providers, or other service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

4. Intellectual property

All Golden Flow Wellness content, including text, images, videos, class plans, downloads, worksheets, logos, brand elements, programs, and recordings, is owned by Golden Flow Wellness or used with permission. You may use purchased or free materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, share, teach, record, distribute, reproduce, modify, or use Golden Flow Wellness content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Digital content and recordings

Digital content, replays, recordings, downloads, and member materials are provided for the access period stated at checkout. Access may require internet, compatible devices, and third-party platforms. Golden Flow Wellness may update, replace, remove, or discontinue digital content when necessary.

6. Community standards

You agree to interact respectfully and not engage in harassment, discrimination, abuse, spam, privacy violations, unsafe behavior, or disruption of Golden Flow Wellness classes, programs, spaces, websites, communities, or communications. Golden Flow Wellness may remove access for conduct that is unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the community container.

7. No guarantees

Golden Flow Wellness does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, health improvements, pain relief, fitness gains, pregnancy/postpartum outcomes, stress reduction, emotional outcomes, or business/corporate outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability
